NOTABLE PROJECTS

North End Revitalization

For this particular project, we had to go through a complex planning and approval process. Encompassing demolition, rehabilitation, and new construction for two city blocks, including all new underground infrastructure. This mixed finance deal involved local authorities as well as Federal Agencies. After three failed attempts by other groups, we successfully secured and completed this project. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing them through from start to finish despite complications.

Hillcrest Commons

We worked closely with the community and architects to develop this 60-unit multi-family project. This was also a project that entailed a combination of public and private thoroughfares and the first three-stage storm water detention facility in the area.

This project utilized "green" building concepts as well as a "defensible" space design.

Historic Knickerbocker Hotel

This particular project involved Historic Tax Credits, Facade easements as well as gut rehabilitation. The successful first restoration of a prominent City landmark was as complex as it was satisfying.

Today, it stands as an exciting venue for weddings as well as a wonderful example of a historic hotel and client satisfaction.
